Dispatch & Carriers

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
  • Trusted Carriers: To ensure reliable delivery, we utilize Korea Post (K-Packet) and YunExpress, SF Express providing full end-to-end tracking for every shipment.

Delivery Estimates

Standard transit times (business days) after dispatch:

  • Asia: 5 – 10 Days
  • North America: 7 – 12 Days
  • Europe: 8 – 15 Days
  • Oceania: 10 – 15 Days
  • Rest of the World: 15 – 25+ Days

Please note that delivery times may be subject to local customs clearance and seasonal logistics volume.

Packaging & Leather Care

  • Signature Packaging: Our custom-designed boxes (approx. 45x25x8cm) are engineered to protect your piece while optimizing volumetric weight for cost-effective shipping.
  • Natural Characteristics: As we use premium natural leather, minor creasing may occur during transit. These will naturally smooth out with use or when hung in a well-ventilated space.

Customs & Import Duties

At E.kyung, we provide a seamless global shopping experience by handling all customs and tax procedures for you.

All-Inclusive Pricing

Import duties and taxes are already included in the product price. We pre-pay all customs fees for every order. You will not be charged any additional tax or brokerage fees upon delivery, regardless of the 2026 updated customs regulations.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated separately based on your destination and will be displayed at the Checkout stage. We partner with reliable carriers: K-Packet (Korea Post), YunExpress, and SF Express.

Regional Guidelines

North America

  • USA: Despite the 2026 de minimis repeal, ekyung covers all formal entry costs. Shop with total peace of mind.
  • Canada: All GST/HST and provincial taxes are fully pre-paid.

East & South Asia

  • Japan & Singapore: Taxes included; enjoy a seamless door-to-door delivery.
  • Taiwan: Taxes are pre-paid, but EZ WAY app authentication is mandatory for customs clearance.
  • SE Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, etc.): All local import taxes are settled by us prior to arrival.

Oceania

  • Australia & New Zealand: All GST and import-related fees are included in the final price.
