[Refund Policy]

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Shipping: Returns must be sent to our Korea atelier via your local post office (standard tracked shipping). Please avoid express couriers (DHL/FedEx).
  • Return Costs: Return postage is paid directly to your local post office by the customer.
  • Customs Declaration: You must mark the parcel as "Returned Goods" on the customs form to avoid unnecessary import duties.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our atelier and passes a quality inspection.
